- 1.2: Resource: A resource downloaded from this site or any other media owned by the original creator (for example youtube channels, RPG Maker forum account and threads, etc.)
- 1.3: Kamo Studio refers to Kamo Studio Group.
- 1.4: Admissible person: A physical person or group of people. As for companies, they are considered an admissible person only if their net worth is equal or higher than 1 000 000$ Canadian dollars.
- 1.4.2: Is considered a company: corporations as define by Canadian laws (meaning that they constitute a separate legal entity), and businesses that employ 5 or more employees, excluding the owner.
- 1.5: Admissible project: A project which has a budget that is lower than 100 000$ Canadian dollars.

- 1.7: The original creator is a member of the official forum. His user name there is MushroomCake28.
Article 2: Unless specified otherwise in a license, the following terms apply:
- 2.1: Editing a resource is permitted. However, credits must still be given to the original creator.

Article 1: All resources to which is attached this license, or that fall under the definition of article 2 and 3 of this license, even if this license isn't attached to them, will be submitted to the following terms:
Article 2: Fall under this category all free to use soundtracks composed by the original creator.
Article 3: By soundtracks, we refer to what is commonly known as music, a track, a musical piece, etc. It is a single track with or without a specified length, saved in an audio format. Music Videos posted by the original creator also falls under this category.
Article 4: All articles from the General Usage Terms apply to this license.
Article 5: Re-posting and editing are submitted to the same terms as article 2 from the General Usage Terms. Is considered an edited track if:
- 1.1: All resources under this license may be used by an admissible person for their admissible project for free, with the exceptions describe by this license under article 1.2 to 1.5.
- 1.2: The usage of resources under this license, although free, is only permitted provided proper credit is given to the original creator.
Article 2: Fall under this category all free to use soundtracks composed by the original creator.
Article 3: By soundtracks, we refer to what is commonly known as music, a track, a musical piece, etc. It is a single track with or without a specified length, saved in an audio format. Music Videos posted by the original creator also falls under this category.
Article 4: All articles from the General Usage Terms apply to this license.
Article 5: Re-posting and editing are submitted to the same terms as article 2 from the General Usage Terms. Is considered an edited track if:
- 5.1: it contains a complete thematic phrase from the original track.
- 5.2: it contains a similar thematic phrase with less than 5 differences supported by similar chords with less than 5 differences.
- 5.3: A thematic difference exists when a note isn't the same as its counterpart in the original thematic phrase.
- 5.4: A chord difference exists when a chord, when played as a whole, has at least one note in it that differs from the original chord.
LICENSE 101: Plugins (RPG Maker MV)
Article 1: All resources to which is attached this license will be submitted to the following terms:
Article 2: All articles from the General Usage Terms apply to this license.
Article 3: Article 2 of the General Usage Terms apply, except 2.4. Renaming a plugin is not allowed since the naming of the plugin is part of the plugin's integrity.
Article 4: In the event that a user has to pay a fee to use a plugin, the fee should be directly negotiated with the original creator. The official RPG Maker forum should be used to conduct those negotiations, unless agreed otherwise between both parties.
- 1.1: The resources may be used by an admissible person for their admissible project, with the exceptions describe by this license under article 1.2 to 1.3.
- 1.2: The usage of the resources under this license, although free, is only permitted provided proper credits is given to the original creator.
- 1.3: To be an admissible person under this license, the person, or corporation, must own a legal copy of the RPG Maker engine that their admissible project is using. The other conditions described in article 1.4 to 1.5 in the General Usage Terms still apply.
- 1.4: In the event that the resource isn't used by an admissible person, or for an admissible project, or both, the resource may still be used provided the user pay a fee, in accordance to article 4 of this license.
Article 2: All articles from the General Usage Terms apply to this license.
